Mandie believes coaching is all about identifying the talent every person has, and helping them to achieve their goals. She has the English Level 3 and has just completed the New Zealand Level 3 cricket coaching qualification. She has extensive experience in all aspects of cricket coaching, from age 5 to adults. She currently coaches various Canterbury Women and Girls teams and the Old Boys Collegians Premier Women's team. She is currently playing for the Canterbury Magicians. Mandie played for England from 2001 to 2003 as the No.1 wicket keeper. Cricket has always been her passion, and she has also played top level hockey in the English premier league. In 2008 she undertook New Zealand Hockey Level 1 & 2 coaching awards. Mandie has qualifications in coaching many other sports, including archery, soccer, basketball, badminton, athletics, and other outdoor pursuits.
Adam has an easy-going personality and is a very knowledgeable coach. He has a New Zealand Cricket Level 1 coaching qualification and Bachelor of Primary Teaching Certificate and has just completed his second degree in Bachelor of Sports Coaching before heading to the UK for a cricket season over there. He has coached junior teams and groups for Old Boys Collegians Cricket Club for the past 7 years and also plays Senior Premier Men's cricket as a medium/fast pace bowler and middle order bat. Adam also has experience in other sporting codes such as soccer. He has coached Burnside High 2nd XI, St Andrews U13's and Christ's College U15's.
David has been our overseas player since 2008, he's from Kent, England. He plays in the Kent County Cricket League for Folkestone. He has represented Kent in age group teams and he has an English and now his New Zealand Level 1 coaching qualification. David has been coaching many of the group and team sessions within Old Boys Collegians Cricket Club junior section for the last two years. He is an all-rounder, medium/fast bowler and middle order bat.
Emma has an enthusiastic, lively personality and is fantastic with young ones. She makes her sessions fun with a real opportunity to be inspired and improve. Emma has gained her New Zealand Cricket Level 2 coaching qualification and has represented both the Canterbury Magicians and Otago Sparks in the State League. She is a leg spinner, with career best figures, in the 2007 State League final for Canterbury, of 3/19 against Wellington to win the title. Emma went on to represent the White Ferns earlier this year. She also has a great deal of experience in tennis and has spent three winters abroad coaching a variety of sports in China, Holland and England.

Dean is a Level 1 Cricket Coach, who has come over from Australia. An experienced overseas cricketer, he's also played U-17 and U-19 cricket for Western Australia, and 2nd XI cricket for Kent in the Uk. He began his New Zealand first class career in January 2010 for the Canterbury Wizard he's currently averaging 52 at first class level. He is a middle order batter and an excellent fielder.

Carl Huyser developed his cricket in South Africa, playing for Eastern through the youth age groups from under-13 to under-19. Moved to New Zealand in 2008/09, performing well in the Men’s Premier club competition (540 runs at 41.5 and 8 wickets at 29). He’s played 2nd XI games for Canterbury in the Provincial A tournament. A technically sound top-order batsman who bowls useful medium pace. He has gained his South Africa Cricket Level 2 (NZ Level 2 Equivalent) and has good experience of coaching juniors and youth teams.
